1. Digital Services and Software Solutions
Due to the nature of digital services and products, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or the software has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

The software or service has critical technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Subscription-Based Services
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused services.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate work.
If the client cancels before completion, partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been submitted and approved.
